I would be remiss were I not to write to tell you how happy Apollo Catering made all of the Keynotes Scholarship Committee ladies last Saturday at the Mount Lebanon High School Fine Arts Theature. Our two famous adjudicators, too, who came to judge the competition from Juilliard in New York City and from the River City Brass Band were both pleased and impressed with Apollo's beautiful and delicious buffet. We were all especially delighted with your edible decorations for each presentation on the table which were real works of art. I, too, like all the others, can't wait until next May when we know we shall be treated once again with another of Apollo Catering's world-class luncheons.

I would like to take this time to write a special thank you to you and your help. July 3rd, you catered my sons graduation party at Cecil Park for 200 people. Everyone remarked how beautiful everything was decorated and how great the food was. I was truly happy with everything the quality and the amount of food that was there was fantastic. I have been to 9 parties this June and I have to say none of them (most of them catered) could not even compete with the quality of your food. Your guys that set up the tables were very friendly and curtious. I would recommend you to all my friends & family. Again, I just want to say thanks for making my sons party such a great success.

Graduation Party

Dear John, Cindy, Marion, & other members of the staff,

Just a note to thank you all for the delicious "picnic" foods for my son's graduations party on Sunday. I received many compliments throughout the day,and there was plenty of food to go around. I am glad that I decided to go with the "picnic" menu - it was a big hit! The fruit bowl was beautifully done and it tasted delicious with my fruit dip.
